Wedding Prices 2009
We cover Hampshire, Dorset, Surrey and West Sussex but will travel country wide if requested.
Each option INCLUDES a booking fee of £150, which must be paid before the date is fully reserved; this is refundable up to 3 months prior to your wedding day.
Prices cover all bookings within a fifty mile radius; any bookings over this distance will incur an additional travel cost of 40p per mile. All prices are guaranteed once your booking has been confirmed.
With all three options you will be given a CD containing the photographs taken on the day, plus one spare, so you can view your images on a PC or DVD player in your own time, these will be a mix of colour, black & white.
Please note: the images on the CD’s will be of low resolution and do not reflect the final quality of the photographs.
We can also supply a proof sheet on request as we are aware that not everyone has a computer.
Your wedding photographs will be displayed for viewing in your own password protected portfolio on our website for three months. Individual prints can be ordered and paid for by using the online secure payment system PayPal provided, or if you prefer you can pay by cheque, which must clear prior to your order being despatched.

We are introducing a storyboard picture which tells the story of your special day, you can see some examples of this by selecting the 'Storyboard' tab in the menu bar above.
The three options detailed below can be used as a guideline if you have your own ideas of what type of coverage you would like, but please remember this may have an impact on the cost and would need to be priced separately. Option One - £750
A pre wedding consultation to discuss times, any specific photographs to be taken and the number of guests at your wedding, just so some pre-planning can be done.
• The arrival of the Groom and guests.
• The arrival of the Bride.
• Full coverage of the wedding ceremony (within the limits of the church or civil venue)
• Group shots of the couple, best man, bridesmaids and immediate family and friends.
• The reception to cover the speeches and Cake cutting.
• You will also receive four 10” x 8” images of your choice in display wallets.
Option Two - £950
All the coverage of option one plus:
A standard album with 30 8”x 8” photographs of your choice.
Option Three - £1400
All the coverage of option one plus:
• The bride getting ready before the ceremony.
• Arrival of the evening guests.
• First dance of the evening.
A quality Spicer Hallfield ‘SIENA’ album with 50 8”x 8” images of your choice.
Additional Prints
Available in colour or black & white and will be supplied in a display wallet
• 7” x 5” would be £ 6.00
• 8” x 6” would be £ 8.00
• 10” x 8” would be £ 10.00
• 12” x 8” would be £ 14.00

We can also provide a ready to hang stretched canvas print, either with a wrap around image or black or white edged which ever you prefer.
